Terms of Service

Last updated September 25, 2026

1. Who we are

TINTY (tinty.ai) is operated by Andrii Skliaruk, an individual based in Kyiv, Ukraine (“TINTY”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Andrii Skliaruk.

Contact and support: hello@tinty.ai.

By using TINTY you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use TINTY for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. What TINTY does

TINTY is an online tool for real estate agents, photographers and homeowners. You upload a photo of a room, pick a room type, style, furniture and accent color, and TINTY generates virtually staged images of that room using AI models.

Previews: quick AI images to compare options. Previews carry a TINTY watermark on every plan and are not the final result.

Finished photos: you select the previews you like and we render each of them in top quality. One finished photo is one rendered image. Finished photos on paid plans and from a Listing pack have no watermark.

TINTY Studio: you email us your photos and we stage them ourselves, then send you a private link with the results. Photos on the link carry a watermark until you pay; free photos, if we offered any, have none. No account is needed.

AI results vary: generated furniture, decor and lighting are created by AI. A finished photo is re-rendered from your preview, so details may differ from it. We don't guarantee a particular look or that the result suits a specific listing.

3. Accounts and sign-in

You can create previews without an account. To render finished photos and keep your projects, you sign in with Google or with a one-time code sent to your email. We don't use passwords.

Keep access to your email and Google account secure: anyone who can read your sign-in codes can use your TINTY account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Photos staged without an account are kept for at least 72 hours so you can sign in and keep them; our daily cleanup deletes them once they are more than 72 hours old. Projects in a signed-in account are kept until you delete them or close your account.

4. Free use, plans and finished photos

Without an account: up to 3 photos a day per network, with up to 6 watermarked previews each.

Free account: up to 6 previews per photo and 20 previews a month, plus 3 finished photos per account with a TINTY watermark.

Paid plans: Base, Standard and Professional give a monthly number of finished photos without a watermark and a monthly allowance of previews, as shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Listing pack: a one-time purchase of 10 finished photos without a watermark and 60 previews, for use without a plan. A pack is valid for 12 months from the date of payment and does not renew; anything unused when it ends expires. Pack previews are used when your monthly previews aren't enough for the next set of previews, and they don't reset on the 1st. You can't start a pack purchase while you have an active subscription; if you have both a plan and a pack, finished photos from your plan are used first.

TINTY Studio: a one-time purchase of the finished photos on a delivery link, $10 per photo, for at least 3 paid photos per delivery. Once you pay, the files on that link are yours to download without a watermark, and you get the same licence to use them as for any finished photo. Free photos on a link are free: no payment, no watermark. The link is private; don't share it with people who shouldn't see the photos.

Previews: the monthly preview allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) and does not carry over.

Usage allowance, not stored value: finished photos are a usage allowance that comes with your subscription or Listing pack, only in the fixed amounts shown on the Pricing page. They are not money, credit or stored value: they have no cash value, can be used only to render finished photos on TINTY, and can't be transferred or exchanged for money or anything else. They expire as described in these Terms. Finished photos from a plan can be used only while that plan is active; finished photos from a Listing pack, only while the pack is valid.

Monthly plans: when a monthly plan renews, unused finished photos carry into the next month, up to one month's allowance; the rest expire.

Yearly plans: yearly plans receive twelve months of finished photos at the start of each billing year. When a yearly plan renews, unused finished photos up to one month's allowance carry into the new year; the rest expire.

After a subscription ends: unused finished photos are kept for 90 days and come back if you subscribe again within that time; after 90 days they expire. If you subscribe again within 7 days after your plan ends, it counts as a renewal: up to one month's allowance of the new plan carries over.

Failed renders: if a finished photo fails to render for a technical reason, the finished photo is returned to your balance automatically.

Rendering again: downloading a finished photo again is free. Rendering the same preview again creates a new finished photo and uses one more from your balance; we ask you to confirm before it starts.

Watermark: finished photos rendered with a paid plan or a Listing pack have no watermark, and the finished photos in the project they belong to stay without a watermark after your plan or pack ends. While your plan is active, finished photos in your projects and on your project links are shown without a watermark.

5. Payments, renewals and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms) and Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy). The charge on your statement may show Paddle.

Billing: subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

One-time purchases: a Listing pack or a TINTY Studio delivery is a single payment. It doesn't renew, and there is no subscription to cancel. TINTY Studio files are delivered through a private link on tinty.ai; you can download them there as often as you need.

Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), at the price shown to you at checkout, until you cancel. If the price changes, we tell you in advance as described below.

Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your TINTY account, with the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt, or at paddle.net. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Upgrades: when you move to a higher plan, you pay the full price of the new plan right away and a new billing period starts on that day. The new plan's full allowance of finished photos is added at once (twelve months' worth on a yearly plan), and your unused finished photos stay on your balance. The unused time of your previous plan is not refunded. Moving from monthly to yearly billing works the same way and is available for your current plan or a higher one.

Downgrades: a move to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal. There is no charge or refund for the current period, and you keep your current plan and finished photos until then. At that renewal, unused finished photos carry over up to one month's allowance of the new plan. If you move back to the plan you have already paid for this period, there is no charge and no extra finished photos.

Yearly to monthly: a yearly plan can't be switched to monthly billing from your account. Write to us at hello@tinty.ai, or choose a monthly plan after your yearly plan ends.

Price changes: we will tell you by email at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription. Early-user prices stay yours for as long as you keep the plan.

Refunds: see our Refund Policy at tinty.ai/refund.

6. Your photos and the images you create

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them and to have them edited, for example because you took them or the owner or listing client allowed it.

License to us

You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your photos only to provide TINTY to you: to generate previews and finished photos, show them in your projects and on project links you share. We don't sell your photos and don't use them to train AI models.

Generated images

As between you and us, you may use the previews and finished photos created in your account for any lawful purpose, including listings, ads and marketing. Watermarked images may be used for review and sharing, but the watermark must not be removed.

Project links

A project link lets anyone who has it view and download the finished photos and the original photo of that project. Share it only with people you trust. Deleting the project disables the link.

7. Acceptable use and disclosure

You agree not to:

upload photos showing identifiable people, or use TINTY to create or change images of a person's face or likeness. TINTY is for rooms and interiors only.

upload illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content, or photos you don't have the right to use.

use staged images to hide or misrepresent the condition of a property, for example removing damage, defects or permanent fixtures.

attempt to bypass limits, access other users' projects, overload the service, scrape it or reverse-engineer it.

Disclose virtual staging

Many real estate rules and laws require staged photos to be marked as “virtually staged” and the original photo to be available, for example California AB 723 and the rules of many MLSs. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your listings. TINTY keeps your original photo next to the staged one on project links to help you do this.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove the content involved.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep TINTY available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. AI providers can be busy or unavailable, and generation can take longer than usual.

We may change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel before it applies. We won't reduce the finished photos, previews or validity of a Listing pack you have already bought.

9. Disclaimers and liability

TINTY is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the accuracy, quality or suitability of AI-generated images.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue, data or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for TINTY in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Closing your account

You can stop using TINTY at any time. To close your account and delete your data, write to hello@tinty.ai; we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons (see our Privacy Policy). We may close accounts that break these Terms; if we close a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part of the current period of your plan and the unused part of any Listing pack.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights of the country where you live.

12. Contact and complaints
