What our virtual staging service does
TINTY Studio is the done-for-you side of TINTY. You send photos of empty rooms. A person on our team stages each one with the same AI tools that run the TINTY app. Then they finish every photo by hand before it reaches you.
You don’t learn any software, pick previews or render anything. You write one email, and you get back staged photos for your listing.

Rule: most local rules require you to disclose virtually staged photos. Keep your unstaged originals so you can show them next to the staged ones.
California’s AB 723 has applied since January 1, 2026. Sale ads with digitally altered photos need a clear label and a link to the original.
