How these examples were made

Each pair starts with a photo of an empty room. We uploaded it to TINTY, picked a room type, a style and an accent color, and rendered the final. The card shows those choices, for example Bedroom · Contemporary · Sand.

Each render is left untouched. Nobody retouched the furniture, shadows or edges after TINTY. What you see is what the app returned, so you can judge it the way you’d judge your own result.

Some examples share the same settings on purpose. Three Contemporary bedrooms with sand accents show how one style plays out in different rooms.

What to check in a virtual staging before and after

  • Scale. Does the bed or sofa look right for the size of the room?
  • Light. Do the shadows fall the same way as the light from the window?
  • The room itself. Walls, windows, floors and the view should stay the same. Staging adds furniture. It should never change the property.
  • Fit for the buyer. Would this style suit the people likely to buy or rent this home?

Bad virtual staging usually fails one of these four checks. Look at each pair above with them in mind before you trust any tool, ours included.

If you’re after home staging before and after pictures, note that these are virtual. The furniture exists only in the photo. New to staging a listing? Start with virtual staging for real estate listings.

Rooms and styles you can stage

The gallery shows bedrooms, a living room, a kids room and a studio. TINTY supports 9 room types: bedroom, kids room, nursery, living room, dining room, living-dining, studio, home office and terrace.

There are 6 styles: Contemporary, Transitional, Scandinavian, Modern, Japandi / Organic and Minimalist. Accent colors are sand, green, taupe, blue, navy, terracotta and mustard. You can also switch single pieces of furniture on or off before you render.

What these examples don’t show

You won’t see kitchens, bathrooms or exteriors, because TINTY doesn’t stage them. You won’t see decluttered rooms either: every example started empty. Finals are 2K files, about 2,500 px on the long side, not 4K.

TINTY also can’t match furniture across several angles of one room. For a set like that, TINTY Studio is built for busy agents. Email the photos to hello@tinty.ai and get them back in 2 to 24 hours, staged and finished by hand. It’s $10 per photo, from 3 photos. You see the results first and pay only if you’re happy. No account needed.

Using a staged photo in a listing? Label it as virtually staged. TINTY can add the label to your finished photos. Read the disclosure rules.
