What isn’t free, and why
Clean photos aren’t free. Every free image carries a light TINTY watermark, and that’s on purpose. Our terms say watermarked images are for review and sharing, and the watermark must not be removed.
That makes free output good for testing, not for your MLS listing. Many MLSs reject photos with logos or added text.
Here’s the idea behind it. Previews let you judge the result on your own room before you spend anything. You pay only for the photos good enough to publish.
Watch out: don’t crop or edit out the watermark. It breaks our terms. Use a plan or a Listing pack for clean files.

When to upgrade from free virtual staging
Upgrade when you have a photo you want to publish without a watermark:
- Base, $9 a month: 4 finished photos a month with no watermark, 60 previews, and unused photos roll over. Cancel anytime.
- Listing pack, $29 once: 10 finished photos and 60 previews for one listing. Nothing renews, and you have 12 months to use them. You can’t buy a pack while a plan is active.
- Standard, $39 a month: 20 finished photos a month, for agents with several listings.
